With summer on its way we travel to Brazil for our 2nd release this year from a talented producer Alan Becker. Learning Machines & This is Afrofuturism delivers a deep crafted 808, 909 drums, basslines, with dub sounding stabs, routing in a deep melodic journey for the ultimate experience. Alan shows us why he is an explorer of techno and house, his identity is groovy, authentic, while staying true to the core roots of his sound and soul.

Antwon Faulkner's Minimal Nation remix is the 3rd track. It represents everything and all things Detroit. Taking the original chord a few octaves lower, replacing the drums, adding droning synths, deep melodic chords, a pressing groove with more driving energy, while keeping the melodic deep atmosphere of the original. This musical story comes together well with a vocal explaining the origins of a sound movement that began in Detroit The Techno City. He ends this journey the same way it begins with his signature, structured breaking down.
